Why does this podcast exist?
As I was reading books on leadership and business, as well as Christian-oriented materials like the Bible, I noticed something interesting: a lot of the same lessons and messages were being taught in both types of books, just with different perspectives (religion or business).
This realization stirred a deep curiosity within me, as a leader and founder of several startups, prompting me to explore how integrating Christian values and biblical teachings can help me be a more effective, successful business leader, while serving God.
I also believe that we all have a duty to serve and honor God, regardless of what our careers may be. You do not need to work for a church to do God’s work.
Who is this podcast for?
I started this podcast purely to satisfy a desire to learn from other leaders in their respective fields who have found success while remaining rooted in their Christian values.
I believe anyone can benefit from this, as we all serve an important purpose in this world, and in our roles at our jobs. Whether you are an executive at a large enterprise, an employee at a startup, a professional athlete, a pastor, or simply a follower of Christ, you can benefit from this, as we are all called to lead a life of good values.
